About us

We start with one programme.

A vendor wants to sell online or more direct. You have no origination path, or you take the application and lose money on it.

Entering data, collecting documents, and chasing costs more than a small ticket earns. Chasing documents is effort they are not set up for, so it eats time and throughput slows.

We built Small Ticket Solutions to sit in front of your existing systems, not as a core replacement. The applicant completes the application: one question at a time, everything up front. Each step is pass or fail, so your team only acts when judgement is needed. Every action is recorded on a timeline.

Who we are

A small team built this and still runs it. We start with one programme, or a few — not origination for the whole company.

Azure in the EU. Each client has its own database and environment, and every action is on a timeline.

  • Robbin Oost

Engineer, product thinker, and lifelong builder.

Has been building business software since he was seventeen. Self-taught. Married to someone in finance and most of our conversations at home somehow turn into process analysis.

  • Ryan van der Lugt

UX designer with a strong dislike for ugly and inefficient systems.

Designs the application the applicant completes, and the timeline handlers work from.

Used by Energiefonds Drenthe, Energiefonds Utrecht, FSFE, and Stichting Waarborgfonds Sport.

Those programmes are live. Isolation, the timeline, and programmes already in production are how this is judged.

The person who has the facts completes the application

Not your team. One question at a time, and only what the programme needs. Prefill what is already known.

Ask everything up front. The application is complete when they submit. They can still step back in the form.

Each step is pass or fail. Policy is not invented per deal. Your team only acts when judgement is needed.

How it works Workflow

Isolation, and a timeline

Azure in the EU. Each client has its own database and environment. Data is not mixed with another client’s.

Every action is recorded on a timeline. The process is accepted as it happens, not reconstructed later.

Security and compliance

For leasing, the quote is the application

Quote and application are one process. The applicant sees the price per month at the rate that applies now, and continues. A letter that holds a price for days goes stale. Live rates can update, so you do not carry that risk.

A vendor, dealer, or agent can send applications without a full integration. Equipment acceptance follows in the same process.

Start with one programme.

The first programme is most likely ready to test in less than 12 weeks. Full integration takes extra time.
