After delivery, someone still has to confirm

Closing the loop after delivery often means chasing confirmations. The applicant gets a link, they accept or decline, and the action is recorded.

Emails and reminders: The first request and later reminders go out without a handler chasing confirmation.
One-time link: A single-use, expiring link on the application.
Deemed acceptance: If there is no response, mark accepted after the period you set.
What happens next: Acceptance can start the next step (activation, billing, asset register). A decline needs a person.

Frequently asked questions

How does the secure one-time link work?: Each applicant receives a unique, time-bound link connected to the application. Once used, it cannot be reused.
Can applicants decline and provide a reason?: Yes. Decline can capture a structured reason (damaged, wrong model, not delivered) and open a task (return, re-shipment, vendor ticket).
What does “deemed acceptance” mean?: If the applicant does not respond within a period you set (for example 7 days), the item is marked accepted. That event is recorded on the application timeline with a timestamp and the policy used.
Do you support parcel delivery triggers?: Carrier triggers have been a one-carrier proof of concept. They are built when a programme needs them. Acceptance itself is the link, the reminders, and the record.
Is the acceptance legally valid?: Acceptance events are stored with timestamp, user action, and device or IP when available. Your legal clauses can sit in the flow or the email.
Can I brand the emails and acceptance page?: Yes. Emails and the acceptance page can use your brand, copy, and legal notices.
What happens if a customer never receives the email?: You can configure bounce handling, resend, and other channels (SMS, portal). Operators see bounces and can re-trigger a link from the case.
