The applicant completes the application. Your team only acts when judgement is needed.

It sits in front of your existing systems. Each step is pass or fail, and every action is recorded on a timeline.

You configure the programme

You set the rules for the programme.

Together we set the steps: eligibility, required documents, credit rules, identity, contracts, and payouts. That includes:

Eligibility logic
Durations and terms
Required documents
Identity check requirements
Credit check rules and risk policy
Yearly figures extraction
Contract content
Payout steps
Interest rate, margin, and pricing rules

Your services or ours

You choose who runs rates, KYC, and signing

For interest rates, credit checks, sanctions screening, or e-signature, you choose whether to:

Use your existing services
  • Connect to your current interest rate provider
  • Run credit assessments through your own systems
  • Keep your preferred e-signature provider
  • Run KYC checks against your internal lists

or

Use our services in front of those systems
  • We mirror your rules and processes
  • Interest rates or cost of funds can be maintained inside the platform
  • Credit assessments can run through our setup
  • We use Entrust for e-signature and identity verification
  • Use our daily updated global sanctions lists (231 sources)

You still get a complete, validated, signed contract. You can book it manually or route it through your existing workflow. Full integration takes extra time.

Who does what

Applicant, platform, handlers, then signers

Applicants

The applicant completes the application, one question at a time, with everything up front. You do not go back to the applicant later.

  • Fields are shown only when relevant.
  • Public registers can be used to pre-fill known data.
  • Interest rates shown as they are today.

The application is complete before a handler sees it.

Our platform

The platform applies your rules, validates the data, and prepares signing and activation. It flags what still needs a person.

  • Correctness checks
  • Document completeness
  • Credit check
  • Registration collateral
  • KYC check
  • Making the amortization schedule
  • Document generation

Every step either passes or fails.

Case handlers

Handlers work from the operations portal. They see what still needs a person, and they can:

  • open their task queue
  • Pick up tasks or help colleagues
  • Request extra documents
  • Submit or decline cases
  • Approve or decline four-eyes checks
  • View process status
  • See which signer still needs to sign
  • Access reporting
Signers

Contracts, SEPA mandates, amortization tables, UBO declarations, and other documents are generated and bundled for signing. Each signer receives an email invitation and must:

  • Authenticate themselves at the required level
  • Sign the documents
Our platform

The platform validates authentication details against the signer's information. If something does not match, the application is flagged. Handlers can approve acceptable variations or decline incorrect signees. Once the contract is signed, the platform:

  • Triggers the next steps (such as fund reservation, creating a PO, or contract activation)
  • Runs the logic for payouts and generates updated documents if needed
  • Generates a complete audit timeline
  • Books the contract if that integration is on
  • Archives the documents
