Signers

  • Authenticate themselves at the required level
  • Sign the documents
Our platform

The Platform validates authentication details against the signer's information. If something does not match, the application is flagged. Handlers can approve acceptable variations or decline incorrect signees. Once the contract is signed, the platform:

  • Triggers the next steps (such as fund reservation, creating a PO, or contract activation)
  • Runs the logic for payouts and generates updated documents if needed
